Too tired to exercise after a long day at work? Wide awake extra early? Want to start your day full of energy and on a high?

Then look no further, as Sweat before 7 is the course for you and the place to be before 7am! With 5 years’ experience of coaching early morning group courses, believe me when I say it, spending 45 minutes of your morning with me is THE BEST WAY to start your day! Sweat before 7 will help build a routine in your life and become part of your lifestyle. On top of this you will automatically inherit a new fitness family who are full of support and want nothing more than for you to succeed.

My course is a varied, effective and progressive course that is accessible to everyone no matter what your age, size, experience or fitness level is. Workouts are programmed using HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and will incorporate all aspects of fitness including core, full body strength and functional training alongside a cardiovascular element and some combat fun (e.g. boxing) for some extra sweat. Workouts will be energetic and challenging at times, but you are always encouraged to work at your own pace.

If there is something you unable to do, then don’t worry there is always an adaptation or regression that can be provided to tailor it towards your abilities when required. I recognise that everyone is in a different place in their fitness journey but with the common goal of becoming their best selves. As much as this is a group environment, there is always a personal focus on you as an individual. The course will help you to achieve your goals and will evidence your results through the participation of private progress photos. Full nutritional guidance will also be provided to help you get the best and most out of the courses. I will be bringing all of the energy, enthusiasm and motivation you need to have a cracking workout and there will most definitely be a lot of fun along the way.

Exercising first thing in the morning will not only boost your metabolism meaning your body will burn extra calories throughout the day but it is also ideal way to burn stored fat, making it ideal for weight loss! Exercise also promotes endorphins in the brain which will elevate your mood and get your day started off in a positive way! I can even go as far as saying you will have increased brain power throughout the day – boom chica wow wow what is not to love here!
